This stretch bracelet is hand crafted in Ghana using beads made from recycled glass and lovingly hand painted. Each bracelet comes with information about Mmofra Trom and the children you are supporting.
The proceeds from the sale of these hand crafted recycled glass bead bracelets provide education, health care, job skills and employment opportunities to the children and AIDS orphans at the Mmofra Trom Skills Center.
The Mmofra Trom Skills center is an educational organization/complex located near Somanya, Ghana. The student population is a mix of children from surrounding communities and AIDS orphans. Currently, the center has enough funding to send every orphan to school until 8th grade, after which there are no financial means for the children to continue their education. The Mmofra Trom Bead Project's goal is to send as many orphans to school for as many years after 8th grade as possible. Please help make these hopes come true!
